The i3S Laboratory

The i3S - UMR 7271 laboratory research support team is made of 18 people who contribute to the laboratory's administration and day-to-day management. It is composed of 13 CNRS staff (ITA) and 5 Université Côte d'Azur staff (BIATSS).

The main activities of the support team are :

• laboratory administration;
• management of the annual budget and research contracts (ANR, European projects, industrial contracts etc.);
• HR management of permanent and non-permanent staff (fixed-term contracts, PhD students and trainees);
• organisation of the missions for research and teaching staff;
• logistical management on the laboratory's 3 sites;
• security, prevention and HR training;
• management of IT equipment, networks and the laboratory's digital ecosystem;
• engineering support for research teams;
• internal and external institutional communication.
